Contracting 365 Service Targets Contractors
Contracting Plus, an accountancy firm that focuses on providing services to contractors, is the latest company to tap into the demand for online services.
The firm has launched an online accountancy software and service platform called Contracting 365 for contractors, dispensing with set-up fees and minimum contract periods in so doing.
According to the company, the new service will offer a one-stop shop for contractors running their own business to manage paperwork, finances and tax obligations.
Jeanne Murphy, managing director of Contracting 365, said that the new online service was informed by the difficulties that contractors faced while running their own businesses.
“It is a simple to use accountancy online solution – essentially a mobile office. As part of our service, clients of Contracting 365 will also have full access to a dedicated team of accountants and tax advisors,” she adds.
Contractors who use the service can upload expenses to the Contracting 365 app as soon as they are incurred. Images of receipts can also be uploaded through the app, while contracts, invoices and other documentation are stored securely in the cloud.
A series of instructional videos and guidelines were made to make the process easier to understand for contractors.
Contracting 365, a subsidiary of Contracting Plus, charges a fixed monthly fee for SaaS platform.
Contracting Plus was founded in Ireland in 2002 and employs around 100 staff in offices in Cork, Dublin, London, St Petersburg and Mahe in India.
